This Wiki is our camp library, forum, and virtual ongoing meeting hall for a bunch of as-yet unnamed folks going to Burning Man 2011. We also did one of these in 2008 for "Burn Green Express", and it was awesome.
As a camp, some of us are committed to the cosmic principles of radical self-indulgence, others are afraid of commitment, and most of us should be committed. We are an evolving community of friends, family, lovers, & quasi-domestic partners. We come from an ever-expanding list of diverse locales - Seattle, Bellingham, Boston, Boulder, San Francisco, ...

Camp name

Damien made a Camp name discussion page because he feels this is pretty key in developing momentum for this year's burn. If we get a name (these are some of the ones we thought of in 2008), a rallying cry, a vision, a shared goal, then we can start marching vaguely toward that goal. If not, it might just be us all figuring out who is bringing what logistically. Plus, if we settle on a good name, I can change the domain and mailing list from BGX to SOMETHINGAWESOME.room101.com and we can change that little graphic in the upper right corner. He will gladly remove this section when we've decided what to call ourselves.
