How do I label my stuff?

It's super important that every item you ship has a sturdy label clearly listing your name, camp, camp address, phone number and email address. Nothing goes on the truck without a label. Check out our page on labels for more info.

How do I give you my stuff?

The last day to give us your stuff in Seattle is Tuesday, August 19. Drop it off at our storage unit any day in August before then. The address of our storage unit as well as access codes, lock combinations, directions, and hours of accessibility will be emailed to everyone that ships with us.
For the return trip, your stuff must be at the truck by 1:00 PM Sunday, August 31 (the day after the Man burns). We're happy to talk to you about bringing us your stuff Monday morning. Depending on your situation, that might be possible. But there's very limited flexibility there. And if we tell you it's alright to bring us your stuff Monday by 9:30 AM, don't expect us to be there at 9:35.
As a general rule: If it's not in our hands by the day we load the truck, we can't take it.

When can I pick my stuff up?

We arrive on playa Sunday morning, August 24 (see: Travel itinerary for more details). Our first 2 priorities are shade and unloading the truck. We should be done by noon. We have a couple hand-trucks to help you get your stuff back to your camp, just please please pleeeeeease bring them back when you’re done.

In the highly unlikely event of a breakdown or accident, some members of the camp will go ahead to let people know and give everyone an ETA. We also have a message board in camp to help keep folks updated.
Your stuff will be back in the Seattle storage unit by Friday, September 5. Pick it up any day between September 5 and September 29.

What happens if I don't pick my stuff up?

Anything left in the storage unit after Septmber 29 will be will be donated, sold, thrown away, recycled, smoked, exploded, or otherwise disintegrated.
