Food
From Bgx
NOTE: This section is just for food preparation. Projects having to do with the Kitchen itself are in their own section.
Joy and Tinka are cooking one pre-prepared meal per person per day, plus providing breakfast-making supplies and a variety of lunch options available for general consumption.
Everyone should be responsible for bringing their own snacks (with an eye towards sharing) and a few personal emergency food items (by emergency I don't mean "we have run out of food" but rather "nothing you guys made is appealing to me at this exact moment so I'll just eat my frozen Big Mac instead").
All meals will be labeled, and the vegetarian & allergy status will be indicated on each bag. Please fill out your allergy/veggie status below.

Meal plans
The meal plan budget decided at the June 23 camp meeting is AROUND $50 per person. This will be finalized soon, after Tinka and Joy go over the menu plans. People who want to be on the meal plan (which I think is everyone?) should get their cash to Joy soon. She'll tell you when. Like late July probably.

Juice / Smoothies
David currently has:
(5) 1/2 gallons
(12) 12oz
of Naked Juice/Smoothies and his famous homemade green smoothie (made with some or all of the following ingredients: kale, chard, spinach, avocado, bananna, other juice I have made, kombucha, whatever tasty fruits happen to be in my fridge, etc...) frozen and prepared to come with us to the Burn. Get your greens through a straw - yeehaw!
My plan is to bring as much juice as we think we might collectively want and have room for. They also serve pretty decently as ice blocks - at least for a while... With no input from anyone, my goal is to have (1) 1/2 gallon as well as a few smaller bottles per person.
Note: these have all been reclaimed/gleaned/dumpstered or made from organic produce that I have acquired through my channels of abundance.
