Structure

• Carport Craig is going to get this. He just needs to team up with a person with a car for a costco run.
• 2 tables (or plywood and sawhorses)
• 6 milk crates for shelving (Joy has four, possibly Joe's from last year)

Dishwashing

• 2 Dishwashing tubs - Sar!
• 1 dishrack for drying - Joy
• Dishsoap (Jenybe)
• Dish brush (Jenybe)
• 2 Sponges - Sar!
• 3 Dishcloths for drying (Jenybe)
• Small Table for dishwashing station (Jenybe)
• Plastic-coated Tablecloth Joy found it in a box. Dusty but still good
• Water jug with spout for washing (Jenybe)
• Water Sprayer for washing (Jenybe)

Kitchen Utensils and Supplies

• 2 Frying Pans (Joy has 1) (Jenybe has 1)
• 1 Large Soup Pot (Joy)
• 2 Spatulas (non-stick friendly) (Joy)
• 2 Serving/Stirring Spoons (non-stick friendly) (Joy)
• 1 Can Opener (Sar)
• 2 Bottle openers (Beth) and (Joe) can do 1
• 6 plastic bowls (Sar)
• 8 plastic bowls (Joy)
• 7 plastic plates (Joy)
• 4 plastic cups (Joy)
• 3 plastic cutting boards (Joy)
• 6 large plastic cups (Sar)
• 4 rolls of Paper towels (Sar)
• 2 Large Plastic Bowls for serving/preparing
• 15 forks
• 15 spoons
• 10 butter knives
• 2 sharp knives (Joy has 1)
• 2 long-nose lighters that work (Beth) will buy two
• 1 spray bottle non stick ooking spray (Beth)

Stoves

• 2 stoves (Joy has one, SexyBitch has one)

Propane

Joe and Beth have a large (size:?) propane tank that works well once we get all the connectors worked out. Marty do you still have those? Because we will bring the tank.

Cooler Management

We need 8 coolers, I believe. Sar will be OCD label girl. I think these are the labels:

• Vege Meals #1
• Vege Meals #2
• Meat Meals #1
• Meat Meals #2
• Lunch Foods Cooler
• Breakfast Foods/Snacks Cooler
• Drinks Cooler
• Extra Cooler (Ice? More Food?)

Last year keeping them under the truck for shade worked really well.

We will need to trade off getting ice so our food doesn't rot.

Some of the coolers don't close unless you give them a firm shove, so it is REALLY important to remember to do that.

Garbage / Recycling

• Lotsa garbage bags (Sar)
• 1 garbage can (Joy)
• 1 box labeled BURNABLE for all paper products (Sar)
• 1 box labeled GLASS/ALUMINUM (Sar)
• 1 box labeled PLASTIC (Sar)
• Garbage "plan": Bring it home, or find a place along the way? - Sar thinks we should stop to dispose of the garbage as soon as possible. If we have anything big (like the couch and carpet we got rid of in 2006) we'll need to find an actual dump site.
