There is no agenda. Neil is asking for input about how to talk about what we’re going to talk about. It will go: Topic, People Involved, Stuff To Talk About
- Water → Neil lead
- Blue 55-gal drums in Tinka’s basement
- Sar and Tinka have water dispensers with stands for the 5-gal water bottles (total # bottles: 5-10?)
- Food → Tinka, Sar, & Kat leads
- Pesto Ravioli
- Kitchen →, Chelsea lead; Jon is the Kitchen Bitch/God
- Infrastructure → Jason, Seth, Neil
- Camp Design → Sar, Megan, Jason, Neil
- Grey Water/Evap → Megan, Jon, Kat (swamp coolers)
- Power & Lights → Jason, Jon, Seth
- Arriving & Departing Coordination → Damien, Katie, Neil, Jon; lots of interest in caravanning, hotsprings, Paisley, these folks will figure out everyone’s coming and going
- Camp Setup and Takedown → Seth
- Organizing On-Playa Jobs → Chelsea will make a list of important jobs (minimum ice runs)
- Wiki-wiki-what! → Damien lead, he will change it to EGBOK
- Shower → Katie & Kat
- Fennec Foxes → Sar; everyone wants fox ears, so Sar will look into a bulk discount; Kat is volunteering to make Skippy her own set of fox ears

- Kat & Jon: 2 Costco barns – 1 personal, one for kitchen; considering renting a moving truck (may be a collective stuff-carrying solution)
- Jason & Megan: 16’ geodome (communal) and a tent; liking the idea of collective transport solution
- Neil & Chelsea: Big van, 16’ geodome (communal), has trailer hitch
- Seth: 2 carts for behind bikes to carry stuff/people, plans to make a 4-poster bed OR a tent; would like to get a ride
- Damien & Sar: pyramid shade structure, big tent, possibly Sar’s Subaru Outback if no communal solution
- Tinka: rent a cargo van if no communal driving solution, smallish tent underneath a shade structure
- Katie & Marty : no vehicle, not sure about sleeping accommodations yet, no big structures, probably a tent
- Joe, Joy, Beth: ?
- Katherine: Katie’s guess: flying in, carrying backpack; Seth’s offering to share his tent *wink*wink*
- Bikes: how the hell are we going to get 17 bikes to the playa?
- Kat has interest in doing a pedi-cab: overwhelming/possible?
- Morning Song: we don’t agree
- Future Meetings: Harttrup House is the perfect default meeting place, particularly because Sunday brunches. Next meeting: Sunday, June 19th.
