SATURDAY - Gather your stuff together. Start packing.

  • The idea is that you can start packing up your stuff on Saturday if you want to. At the very least start to clean up your stuff and gather it together. Some stuff gets packed on Sat afternoon. Party Sat night.

SUNDAY - Gather your Essential Gear. Pack everything else.

  • Sunday, after you get dressed, pull out your container of Essential Gear. Then you pack up everything else. No really, I'm serious. Pack it all up. Keep your Essential Gear in a place that you can get to it, in one tub. Then put everything else into your other containers and pack them away.
  • Whose tent will you sleep in Sunday night? This is the perfect night to share. Puppy pile in the chill space maybe? Pack your own tent up and its ready be loaded up.
  • We will leave one shade structure up for one area for down time and shade. Everything else will get taken down.
  • A very helpful method to use here is if you put it up, take it down. Shade structure Set Up leads will still be in place and you can check in with a lead or with Jenybe if you have energy to expend but are not sure where to place it.
  • The entire day on Sunday is spent taking things down and packing them. Getting everything staged to load onto the truck. Ideal world, everyone pitches in and its smooth and steady work with a siesta in the heat of the day.
  • Sunday night-watch the temple burn. Celebrate the rad week and the hard work of the day.

MONDAY - Load the truck. Head home!

  • Monday get up, have breakfast, and then take it all down. Loaders start loading the truck. Everyone else takes down the last shade structure, the kitchen, and anything else that's left. Then pack it onto the truck. Get anything else that is left onto the truck. Load bikes on the trailer. Moop camp completely.

  • Leave in the cool cover of evening.
